These Terms of Service govern your use of the Woman Warrior Mindset website and digital products (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Woman Warrior Mindset. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Delivery

The Spark ($19) is a one-time digital purchase. You receive a PDF guide and workbook, delivered via download link. Warrior Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. All purchases are final except as described in Section 2.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. The Spark and Warrior Membership are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us at hello@womanwarriormindset.com and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Membership Access

Warrior Membership access continues until the end of your current paid period upon cancellation. We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse or violation of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Woman Warrior Mindset. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

Woman Warrior Mindset provides educational and motivational content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances and are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woman Warrior Mindset is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
